Everyone knows that saving is a good idea, but we find it hard to do. The temptation to dip into some of our savings is a hard one to avoid for all of us.
Saving together is easy.
Committing to a saving group with people you know ensures that you wont skip payments - and therefore you will achieve your savings goals.
Keep each other motivated.
Savings Groups are self-selected groups of 5 to 30 savers to pool their monthly savings. Meetings are usually regular, each member contributes the same amount at each meeting, and each member gets a larger sum of money once, and use it for whatever purpose she or he wishes.
As many participants put it: “you can’t save alone.”
